How To Bake Chocolate Brownie
Here are some methods for baking a CHOCOLATE BROWNIE for the special occasion.
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g Butter
- 1/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Egg
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp.Vanilla Essence
- Baking Paper
PROCEDURE:
1.First preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.Line an 18 x 28 cm sponge roll tin with baking paper 2.Melt butter in a saucepan large to mix all ingredients .Mix in cocoa remove from heat and stir in Chelsea white sugar.
3.Add eggs and mix well,then then add vanilla essence.Sift in flour and baking powder and mix to combine.Pour into,Prepared tin.
4.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until brownie springs back when tightly.
